1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our catering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.2. Services
Catering Services: We provide catering services for various events, including weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and more. Menu Customization: We offer customized menus to suit your specific needs and preferences. Dietary Restrictions: We can accommodate various dietary restrictions and allergies.3. Booking and Payment
Booking: To book our services, please contact us through our website or phone number. Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. We strive to make the payment process as simple and convenient as possible. Our accepted payment methods are as follows:Credit and Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments can be processed securely online or via phone.
Bank Transfer: For larger events or customized catering services, we offer the option to pay via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided upon request, and payments should be made at least 7 days prior to the event date to ensure confirmation of booking.
Checks: We accept personal and business checks. Please make checks payable to [Your Business Name]. Checks must be received and cleared at least 10 business days prior to the event to confirm your booking.
Cash: Cash payments can be made in person. Please ensure that the full payment is received by the due date as outlined in your contract.
Online Payment Platforms: We also accept payments via popular online platforms such as PayPal, Venmo, or other similar services, depending on your location. Payment instructions will be provided with your invoice.
Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full [7 days / 3 days] before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment Confirmation: Once your payment is received, we will send a confirmation email or receipt for your records. Please retain this for any future reference.
5. Cancellation
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. However, due to the nature of our services and preparation requirements, we have established the following cancellation policy:Cancellations More Than 14 Days Before Event: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled event date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits.
Cancellations Between 7 to 14 Days Before Event: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the event will result in a 50% charge of the total booking cost. Any non-refundable deposits will also be retained.
Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before Event: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are subject to a 100% charge of the total booking cost. This includes any non-refundable deposits.
No-Show or Event Cancellation on the Day: In the case of a no-show or event cancellation on the day of the event, the full balance of the catering services will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
Weather-Related Cancellations: For outdoor events affected by weather conditions, we recommend discussing a backup plan in advance. Cancellations due to weather may be rescheduled without penalty or refunded if the event is completely canceled.
Changes to Guest Count: Changes to the guest count can be made up to 7 days before the event. After this period, additional charges may apply based on the final number of attendees, and any reductions in guest count may result in partial refunds, depending on the services agreed upon.
Deposit Requirements: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill, but is not refundable in the event of cancellation. We recommend that all cancellations and changes be made in writing via email or through our designated communication channels to ensure proper documentation.
6. Event Details
Event Information: Please provide accurate and complete information about your event, including the date, time, location, and number of guests. Changes: Any changes to the event details must be communicated to us in advance.7. Liability
Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or unforeseen circumstances. Food Safety: We adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards. However, we cannot guarantee that certain foods will not cause allergic reactions or other health issues.8. Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and website content, belong to MasalDani.9. Governing Law
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Â10. Dispute Resolution
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of delhi. Please note that these are general Terms and Conditions.
